Helen Sirot Hand Perfection review and giveaway!

Press Sample

I am running a little late on this review,so let me just get my thoughts out now on this product.

This will be a brief review.

I have had the opportunity to sample the day cream, night cream, and cuticle treatment that were provided for review by the media representive for Helen Sirot.

Number 1)

The night cream is so amazing! Yes,I would buy it. I would buy this cream to use in the daytime. It is thin, light, easy to apply, and goes a very long way.

Number 2)

The cuticle treatment: I actually loved this cuticle pen. The delivery method is great. You press down the metallic end of the pen,and it dispenses the cuticle oil at the sponge end. The cuticle oil goes on very easily, and my cuticles are nice and moisturized. You can actually see the oil coming out of the sponge,so I know I didn't get something, that I am not sure wether there is anything there.I tried a cuticle pen from another brand, and although I could barely feel it,you couldn't tell there was much of anything coming out of it.

Number 3)

The day cream is not something I would purchase. I apologize. This is my honest opinion, and I will tell you why I would not purchase it,although there are many scientific studies that say drugstore creams are just as good for your skin as any  high-end cream you can buy at a department store. I, on the other hand,do prefer a high-end cream called Caudalie. I am sure some of you have heard of it.

I would not buy the day cream, because simply,it is greasy. I don't like putting something thick on my hands like that and having to go to alot of trouble to rub it all over my hands. I have hands that are a "certain age" and I don't need a cream that is hard to apply.Okay, now I sound bitchy, but I don't mean to. This cream has only one advantage that I can give in it's favor. It has SPF protection, which is something that is incredibly important when purchasing a hand cream. Daily exposure to the sun and UV rays makes this an absolute necessity,in my opinion.

In short,I give the night treatment and cuticle treatment both a big thumbs up,however, the day cream did not work for me.

And with all that in mind you still have a couple more days to enter the Hand Perfection Giveaway
